Raising pallets to a higher level such as a mezzanine often exposes workers o wall opening while the pallets are being positioned. Modular Railing Systems has developed a system specifically for customers looking to protect their employees during this process. Our pallet gate systems are tested and certified by utilizing life cycle testing and salt spray test. As tough as our systems are, customers can also expect to have an aesthetically pleasing product finished in our standard hot dipped galvanized finish or powder coated if you as the customer chooses to.

Testing and Certification

Our testing and certification process is extremely extensive. We specifically focus on how our systems perform in the most intense environments by salt spraying testing all necessary components. Our salt spray test is completed by subjecting our system to over 200 hours of continuous exposure.

Official Documentation

Upon delivery, Modular Railing systems will provide documentation to show that all systems comply with OSHA, U.S Coast guard, and ANSI testing. Our testing complies with European Union and USA/Canadian regulations as well.

Standard Size

Our Standard Sized model is the standard pallet gate that has a dimension of 6’x5’. The Standard Sized model has the patented hot dip galvanized Gatorshield to provide the customer with a corrosion resistant system for both the powder coated and non-powder coated system. The customer also has the option of ordering this in an aluminum version for weight saving purposes.

Double Depth

The Double Depth frame allows for customers to load pallets in a back to back format. The gates demission’s are 5’x9’. This model has the patented hot dip galvanized Gatorshield to provide the customer with a corrosion resistant system for both the powder coated and non-powder coated system. The customer also has the option of ordering this in an aluminum version for weight saving purposes.

Double Width

Our Double Width pallet gate offers customers who are looking to position pallets side by side a solution. The double width dimensions are 8’x5’. This model has the patented hot dip galvanized Gatorshield to provide the customer with a corrosion resistant system for both the powder coated and non-powder coated system. The customer also has the option of ordering this in an aluminum version for weight saving purposes.

Full Size

Modular Railing Systems provides customers that looking to load pallets two deep as well as two wide the Full Size pallet gate solution. The Full Size pallet gates dimensions are 8’x9’. This model has the patented hot dip galvanized Gatorshield to provide the customer with a corrosion resistant system for both the powder coated and non-powder coated system. The customer also has the option of ordering this in an aluminum version for weight saving purposes.
